  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated

4. Refunds

Our refund policy is governed by the separate Refund Policy document, which forms part of these Terms by reference. In summary: refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for products that have not been downloaded. Once a product has been downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

5. License to Use Our Products

When you purchase a Closer Guides product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download the product to devices you personally own
  • Read and use the product for your personal, non-commercial use
  • Make backup copies for your own personal use

You may NOT:

  • Distribute, share, sell, lend, or transfer the product to any other person
  • Upload the product to any public or private file-sharing service, website, cloud-storage service shared with others, or peer-to-peer network
  • Reproduce or republish any portion of the product in any medium
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the product

Violation of this license terminates your right to use the product and may result in legal action.
