30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Closer Guides products, subject to one important condition:
Refunds are only available for products that have not been downloaded.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, it is considered delivered and consumed in full, and is no longer eligible for a refund. This policy reflects the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned in the way physical products can.
How to Request a Refund
If you have purchased a guide and have not yet downloaded it, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@closerguides.com from the email address you used at checkout
- Include your order number (you'll find it in your purchase confirmation email)
- State that you'd like to request a refund
That's it. No questions, no forms, no awkward conversation.
Once we verify that the product has not been downloaded, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Why This Policy Exists
Our guides represent significant work and contain proprietary methodology. Because they are delivered as immediate digital downloads, we cannot retrieve a product once it has been accessed. This policy protects the integrity of our work while still giving you a meaningful window to evaluate your purchase before committing.

Bundles
For bundle purchases, the same policy applies on a per-product basis. If you have downloaded one guide from a bundle but not the others, you are eligible for a partial refund covering the un-downloaded guides only, calculated at the bundle's per-guide allocation.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at support@closerguides.com immediately. We will resolve any access issues at no cost to you, and the 30-day window does not begin until you are able to successfully access your purchase.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. We respond to all refund inquiries within 24 hours and resolve eligible refund requests promptly. Chargebacks initiated without a prior refund request may result in collection action and forfeiture of any future purchase eligibility.
